Pamela J. Wheat trains in Ottawa under the guidance of Martin Cottreau. In 2016 Pam won a medal for herself and for Team Canada at the IUKL World Championship in Kazakhstan. In seoul she will be competing in the Amateur Women's Snatch category and the Veteran Women's Snatch category. Pam moved to Canada form the USA in 2001, and began KB training in 2011.
