Snow in Aktobe

It is 07:30 Sunday morning in Aktobe, and it is -5 and snowing. The snow does not accumulate. We are all off to breakfast in the Ilek Hotel cafe before moving into the permanent housing 'arranged' by the government. These are the views from our corner suite.
