Meeting the Aktyubinsk minister of lands

Pam and Lisa had a surprise visit from the Aktyubinsk Oblast minister of lands. We believe his name is Ascar Biakhmetov. The minister came to our housing and explained his office was assigned to support Team Canada at the world kettlebell championships. He said his department would be cheering for Canada. The minister also asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything to make our stay better.
