Team Canada Works Out at Crossfit Jeain
Four fearsome competitors with our gym hosts at Crossfit Jeain in the French Quarter in Seoul (yes, there is a French Quarter in Seoul, n'est pas?).
Because, "No Pam, No Gain" is Pamela Wheat's motto.
